Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through NyconDiamond.com and purchases accepted directly by Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc.


Return Window

Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is eligible for return and meets the condition requirements listed below.

Returns requested after 30 days may be refused.


Eligible Returns

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • New, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged;
  • In original packaging;
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, inserts, and documentation;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase; and
  • Approved by Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. before being shipped back.

Items sent back without prior return authorization may be refused.


Return Authorization Required

Customers must contact Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. before returning any item. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

A return authorization does not guarantee a refund. All returned items are subject to inspection after receipt.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable unless Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. determines that the item was defective, damaged before delivery, or shipped in error:

  • Special-order items;
  • Custom-order items;
  • Clearance, closeout, garage sale, final sale, or “as is” items;
  • Used equipment;
  • Installed, used, worn, altered, or damaged items;
  • Items missing parts, accessories, packaging, manuals, or documentation;
  • Opened chemicals, liquids, compounds, sealants, coatings, or consumable products;
  • Electrical, gas-powered, or engine-powered equipment that has been fueled, used, started, installed, or operated;
  • Safety equipment that has been opened, worn, used, damaged, or removed from original packaging;
  • Blades, bits, tooling, or wear items that show signs of use, installation, mounting, cutting, drilling, grinding, wear, or damage.


Special Orders, Cancellations, and Deposits

Special-order and custom-order items are ordered specifically for the customer and are not returnable.

Once a special or custom order has been submitted to or accepted by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor, it may not be cancelled without the prior written approval of Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc.

Any deposit paid toward a special or custom order is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the customer cancels the order. The customer may also be responsible for any additional manufacturer, supplier, freight, handling, cancellation, or administrative charges incurred by Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc.

Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. may waive or modify these terms only through a written agreement issued by an authorized representative of Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc.


Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer error, buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, duplicate order, no longer needed, or any reason not caused by Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. or an approved defective/damaged item claim.

For approved returns caused by our error, such as an incorrect item shipped, Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. will provide return instructions and determine the appropriate return method.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns of non-defective standard stock items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The restocking fee does not apply when Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. determines that the return is due to our shipping error, an incorrect item sent by us, or an approved defective product claim.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect all items promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. as soon as possible with the order information, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. will review the claim and may offer repair, replacement, exchange, refund, manufacturer warranty assistance, or other appropriate resolution depending on the item and circumstances.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc.

Store credit or exchange may be offered when appropriate, but Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. is not required to issue store credit or exchange unless agreed to in writing.


Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

If approved, Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. Additional time may be required by the customer’s bank, credit card company, or payment processor.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items, subject to availability and approval by Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc.

If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the customer is responsible for the price difference, applicable taxes, and any additional shipping charges. If the replacement item costs less, the difference may be refunded or credited after approval.


Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are separate from this Returns & Refunds Policy. Some products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty after the Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. return window has expired.

Warranty claims may require inspection, manufacturer approval, proof of purchase, serial numbers, photos, or return of the item.

Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. may assist with warranty claims when possible, but warranty approval is subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms.


Items Purchased From Other Sellers

Products purchased from another seller, distributor, marketplace, or third-party website must be returned through the original place of purchase. Nycon Diamond & Tool Inc. cannot process returns or refunds for items not purchased from us.
